Dillon Weiderman realized there was a need for a mobile butcher and custom meat cutter here in the Imperial Valley. He spent 2021-2022 learning the trade of butchering and meat cutting. He was lucky enough to be an apprentice to one of Arizona's best mobile butchers where he learned the ins and outs of the trade. Dillon looks forward to serving customers in the Imperial Valley with their custom meat processing.
